Admittedly I&#039;ve never been working so I don&#039;t know what the free time/energy left situation is, but I can imagine that you don&#039;t have that much time when you&#039;re actually awake enough to do those kind of things. As for practicing singing, I know exactly what you&#039;re talking about... But it&#039;s so hard to practice on your own! I find that anyway, when I&#039;m on my own, my throat just doesn&#039;t get free, I don&#039;t quite properly warmed up and often it just makes me hoarse (how do you spell that?). As for the other things, don&#039;t do too many of them at once! Just focus on something for a while, and then maybe you&#039;ll get a routine going. &lt;/p&gt;
