I’m intending to buy the 20″ iMac (2.1GHz G5) on Friday, unless anything that Apple announces on Tuesday at MWSF is tempting (and it’d have to be really tempting—1st release of a Mac with completely new hardware is bound to have problems). Although… I’m not planning to play games, but I would like a fairly future-proof (say 3 years) graphics card and the ATI X600 XT isn’t even listed on ATI’s website, which I assume means it’s history now, and in the iMac it’s soldered onto the logic board and can’t be replaced with a different card. I’ll probably live with this, though!
